Outline
Using the district planning agreement that requires a setback from the road and neighboring houses, a layered space is composed that takes in greenery while continuing to the outside, from the living and dining rooms to the inner balcony, the space under the pergola, and the greenery of the neighboring house. The L-shaped wall that follows the shape of the site cuts off the greenery on the road side, and the slit lets in light and wind.
