Outline
The site has a frontage of 2.5m, a width of 2.2m, a depth of 10.5m, and a height of 9.8m, with internal dimensions of 1.8m. 100mm square steel members are used as the basic materials, and extruded cement board, which can be constructed without scaffolding, is used for the exterior walls. The building is designed as a skip floor to separate the functions and to allow for good ventilation and sight lines.
