The plan is to insert a steel-frame Rahmen glass box into the existing brick warehouse. A block wall divides the space between the functions of the box and the surrounding area. The new space houses all the functions of the dwelling except for the private rooms, and the space between the brick warehouse and the box serves as a passage as well as a garden and a hall.
