House in Nishitokorozawa

Mitsuhiko Sato Architect and Associates
Outline
A house completed in 2001 (shown in this magazine 0108, JA66). The owner, who likes to collect furniture and accessories, designed this two-story house with a concrete core as its center, and over the years it has become an architecture in which countless miscellaneous items have been folded in. With an open relationship with the outside and a design that assumes an interior landscape that does not store small objects, the space repeats small changes of objects every day.
