KAWASHIMASUZUKA ARCHITECTSSTUDIO
Outline
The house is built between a high-rise condominium and a wooden row house of the early Showa period, which was built by redevelopment. The exterior wall on the west side of the house is set back from the boundary of the neighboring land, and a cul-de-sac alley penetrates the public road. The external staircase for access to the east side of the house, drilled into the rectangular volume of the building, continues from the front road to the back, creating two alley spaces within the site.
