Outline
The building stands on a long and narrow site of 8 x 20 meters. The building is set back with a parking lot on the front road side, and the garage, courtyard, and terrace are inserted in the longitudinal direction, taking advantage of the arrangement of the cross-shaped steel columns on the grid to form a layered structure. The cross-shaped steel columns were fabricated by cutting the H-shaped steel webs in the center and joining the flanges together.
