Renovation of a 40-year-old wooden house. The customary composition of Japanese wooden houses, such as a traditional guest room, a closed dining room and kitchen, and a long and narrow terrace with sweeping windows for southern lighting, was re-edited. By manipulating the two newly created rooms, the terrace, and the garden to reduce the difference in environment, we have created interchangeability so that each place can be used differently depending on the time of day and the season. The ceiling is covered with an agricultural and horticultural mesh that exposes the back of the shed.
