The house is built on a corner lot in a new residential area in the suburbs of Tokyo. It consists of a square two-story volume of 6,000 mm per side and a single-story volume of 6,000 x 2,000 mm on the south side, surrounding a courtyard in an L-shape. Based on the clear planning such as the object and the equal division, the size and the arrangement of the window are devised to adjust the passage of the line of sight and the privacy.
