Renovation of an apartment building containing 30 units of 3DK with the same layout. The plan is to renovate the apartments one by one, starting with the ones that are vacant after the tenants move out. For the five units that were the subject of this renovation, the floor plan was left unchanged, but the adjacent rooms were finished in four different colors (white, gray, charcoal gray, and silver) in an attempt to change the impression. In addition, by showing the wooden frames after the removal of the fittings and the exposed RC ceilings, not only the depth of the space but also the surface that surrounds the space is given depth.
