This is a renovation of a 3-story RC apartment building for single occupancy with 12 units, 4 on each floor. The interior was removed leaving the frame, but the rough expression of the removed interior characterizes the renovated space. The concrete walls between the adjacent rooms were partially removed to allow people to come and go, allowing them to choose how they want to use the space, either as communal housing or as an office.
