The space was created with the high-spec equipment that only high-rise condominiums can provide, and under the constraint that sleeves, etc. cannot be changed when renovating at low cost. The plan study, the duct route study, and the placement of the existing large equipment that requires a ceiling pocket were carried out at the same time, and a simple white configuration was realized by matching the structure, equipment, and the shape of the room.
