Located in the Koyoen-Mokamiyama district, the building is intended to blend in with the greenery over time by greening all areas except the existing retaining wall and wooden roof, while dealing with the sloping terrain. On the west side, the exterior walls are made of granite of four different lengths, piled up in dry-laid small piles.
