Office Hiyoshizaka
Outline
A house with a studio. The façade is composed of three gabled roofs in succession so that the large volume does not give an oppressive feeling to the town. In the interior space, small rooms divided into detailed functions partition the public space, and each of them is connected gently. The structure of the building was rationally considered as a conventional construction method, separated from the spatial composition, and as a result, unexpectedly appearing pillars bring a new effect to the space.
