Outline
The building is located on a corner lot in a mid- to high-rise district lined with apartments and condominiums. The interior consists of eight floors of the same area (7.1 tatami mats) developed in a skip-like pattern, each characterized by its own openings and ceiling height. The floor itself is finished thinly by dropping keystone plates into the H125x125mm beams, and is supported only by the perimeter walls and the central pillar, which accentuates the clarity and strength of the composition.
