The core of the house, a bookshelf and a staircase, is placed at the center of the house, and the living space revolves around it in accordance with the owner's hobby. The core runs from the ground floor to the tower building, and functions as a device to bring in light and air. The enclosed bookshelf is connected to the outside of the core by openings in various places.
