In order to bring in light while blocking the view from the neighbors, a concrete wall is built on the boundary of the neighboring land, and the building is surrounded by glass except for the structural walls. The building is surrounded by glass except for the structural walls. Light enters the first floor through the gap between the 2,250mm high wall and the slab. The stairwell is a light well through which light falls from the tower building to the lower world.
