Outline
Rather than having three levels of floor space above ground, the basement was completely excavated and dry areas were created at both ends to provide living space with consideration for lighting and ventilation, resulting in a two-story building with vertically continuous interior space that secures the air area of 1.5 levels above ground. The interior and the garage are continuous through the openings and serve as a hall where people can gather, showing the way of a house built in the suburbs.
