Outline
In order for each household to enjoy the environment equally despite the different views and site conditions on the north and south sides, the two-family house is divided into a private room on the first floor (north side) and a room on the second floor (south side), and a private room on the first floor (south side) and a private room on the second floor (north side), respectively, with each staircase crossing each other in the center to form the plan. The openings on the south side facing the garden are fitted with windows, sliding windows, and wooden doors, depending on the use.
