Outline
This house was planned in a relatively old residential area in Sapporo, Hokkaido, retaining the old plum trees. One of the features of the plan is the elimination of the front door, allowing direct access from the veranda to the earthen kitchen with a wood-burning stove. The plan is almost one volume, and in the sharp cross-sectional structure, it creates a place for the family and visitors, and is designed to be variable in the future.
