Outline
A concept model built with subsidies from the Ministry of the Environment. The building was designed to save energy by improving insulation and airtightness and by effectively using natural energy, and also to be energy positive. The location and size of the openings and the length of the eaves were determined based on simulations of solar radiation and ventilation, and the heat exchange ventilation system and triple sash windows reduce heat loss, while the photovoltaic power generation and solar water heater make effective use of sunlight. 2 / m2.
