Huge beams with a beam length of 900 mm are placed in the longitudinal direction of the building at a pitch of 90 cm, creating a space of about 8 m without columns. Walls, furniture, and fittings are installed under the beams, so all the spaces are connected in the beam-span. For the floor, the sides and bottom of the foundation are insulated and used as a heat storage layer, and hot water pipes are stretched and finished with mortar.
