Outline
The existing storage shed was dismantled to make room for a new family. The volume and arrangement of the building are derived from the relationship with the main house. The building is a series of wooden frames made of irregularly shaped members at unequal pitches. The pitches of the columns are 650, 500, 400, and 250 mm, based on the working dimensions of the RC walls in the living room and the galvanized steel sheets used for the exterior skin. In addition, based on the load applied to the pillars, the pillar width of 55mm is the same and the lumber is composed of four different types of 180 to 270mm.
