In addition to the residence on the first floor, the program called for two cafes on the second floor. the second floor is composed of four single-flowing volumes facing four different directions, east, west, north, south, and northwest, to maximize the light from sunrise to sunset. from sunrise to sunset. In the café space, which is connected to the rest of the building, a terrace is placed to visually connect the views of the surrounding mountains and sea, and to bring a gentle separation to the space.
