bookmark_outline
Yoshifumi Nakamura
Outline
This experimental hut aims to be self-sufficient in energy. Nakamura rented a simple house and land belonging to a pioneer who originally lived here, and extended and reconstructed it, leaving only the block walls as the structure. The planking and painting of the exterior walls and some of the furniture work was done by hand by Lemming House. The house is powered by wind and solar power, rainwater collected from the roof is collected and used for domestic purposes, charcoal is used for cooking, and wood is used for the Goemon bath.
