HOUSE OF A TIERED STAND

GEN INOUE
Outline
The house is built on a hilly area subject to legal restrictions. Rather than constructing an RC wall on the south side where the environment is favorable, the house is set back from the cliff at a distance that allows for a repose angle, creating an open interior. A dais for displaying the residents' works is placed on the front road side, and its shape is expressed on the facade of the house, which is then connected to the expanded metal dais outside.
