The structure consists of a parking space on the first floor and a cantilevered overhang on the second floor. A large opening is provided on the west side of the building to allow the greenery of the poplar trees of the Sapporo Racecourse to enter the interior. Across the courtyard, the public area on the street side and the private area at the back of the house skip in succession.
