Outline
Renovation of a three-story steel-framed house with a shop. Because of the contrasting environment between the elevated Metropolitan Expressway on the south side and the calm tree-lined street on the north side, and because the interior of the existing building was a simple skeleton with few structural elements, the second floor is divided by two curved walls, with a second living room and inner balcony on the north and south sides, and the LDK in the center. On the third floor, four box-shaped walls house the living room, bathroom, washroom, and walk-in closet, and the rest of the space is used as a free space like a garden.
