The site is located at a height difference of 9m between retaining walls on the mountainside of Mokamiyama, and the spatial composition makes the most of the height as if tracing the slope. The building was planned as an integral part of the foundation, and close collaboration with the structural designer and the contractor took place, including seven rounds of foundation laying.
