The site is tangent to the road in two directions, up and down, and is on a slope of over 30 degrees. The site was made barrier-free by creating a winding approach to the site, which also functions as a loading dock for construction. By laying a foundation with many hooks, the slope is captured and the building is built on three hairpin curved landings.
