Outline
This is a two-family house completely separated in plan, with each household having an area of 35 tsubo. The spatial composition, finishes, and structural plan are made into a common unit to unify the process and finishing materials. The two-story core is the center of each house, and the one-story houses are arranged around it. The one-story house on the south side is a one-room wide veranda that connects the two households, and with the help of Tostem, a translucent storm screen is installed to create a space that can be used as a semi-outdoor space.
