Outline
Taking advantage of the fact that the road in front of the building is 3.5m lower than the site, the basement was dug out to create a parking space for two cars and to secure the necessary space on the ground floor level. Structurally, the building has a large gate-shaped roof, and the only load-bearing wall is a Rahmen H-shaped steel frame, and the roof is supported by steel pipe columns with a diameter of 60.5mm. The roof is supported by steel pipe pillars with a diameter of 60.5mm, so there are no pillars in the living area. In addition, a bay window-like storage unit is built out of the pillars, and the air conditioner is stored here.
