GARDEN HOUSE
Outline
As the building has a building-to-land ratio of about 20%, the theme of this house was how to make the most of the remaining 80% of the garden. As a result, the walls were covered with glass, and the wood-wool cement board behind the glass, the back-up material for the seals, and the curtains behind the openings were all unified in gray, creating a house in which the garden is well reflected in the walls and openings. Because the garden is reflected in the building, the garden feels larger and the sense of oppression of the building volume is reduced.
