Outline
Four house-shaped volumes, large and small, are placed equally far apart. The gaps between the volumes are used as external spaces such as approaches, balconies and bicycle storage areas. Inside, a stairwell is placed in the center of the four square plans, and various rooms are arranged at different levels. The staircase room has two characteristics: a calm lower part surrounded by bookshelves on all sides, and a bright upper part with light from the top light.
