This is a renovation of one of the units of "Miyazakidai Biregi" designed by Shozo Uchii in 1971. They were attracted to the inverted beam structure, the possibility of reconstructing the infill by having the closet protrude outside, and the greenery that can be seen from each unit due to the meandering layout surrounding the steep slope. In the renovation, the overall color tone was kept monotone to make the most of the greenery outside, and no partitions were installed to ensure continuity of the lighted surfaces facing the greenery.
