Outline
The trapezoidal cross-section of the building consists of one basement floor and three floors above ground. The basement floor is a party room equipped with a sound system and high-performance kitchen equipment, the first floor is used for offices, and the second and third floors are residential spaces. In the residential space, a courtyard cut out of the trapezoidal cross-section brings in light and wind, and slit openings are placed in the ceiling and walls to create a bright interior environment against the surrounding built-up area.
