Kenichiro Niizeki / NIIZEKI STUDIO
Outline
Due to the relationship with the park across the street on the south side and the use of the 40% building coverage ratio, the building is divided into four volumes, which are distributed throughout the site around a courtyard. The four volumes are dispersed throughout the site around a courtyard. They are connected internally in terms of lines of flow, and the architecture is continuous through the basement. In addition, each building has its own characteristic openings, some of which are large enough to be integrated with the courtyard, and others which allow various qualities of light to enter through the use of fittings such as glass doors, screen doors, and shoji doors.
