Yada Asashi
Outline
A portion of the second floor of a small building in an urban shopping district was converted into a residence for the designer's parents. The use of materials and colors, such as tin table tops, glass doors covered with Japanese paper, and stainless steel finishes, attempt to create a variety of spaces. The aim is to create an end-of-life residence that can capture the light and air as they slowly change throughout the day.
