Outline
The building has two exteriors because it faces two roads, one to the north and one to the south. On the north side, the retaining wall is partially reinforced by connecting it to the basement, resulting in a tall, vertical tower-like appearance. Each floor is long and narrow, and the second floor living room on the upper floor has a long, narrow, tubular interior that runs from north to south through a terrace.
