Outline
The house is located on the slope facing Hamanako. The exterior walls are covered with cedar shingles with 15mm intervals and polycarbonate screws, and the roof is made of detached tiles to allow ventilation under the tiles. On the basement floor, there is a RC tunnel that also serves to prevent slippage, and rooms are arranged to provide ventilation, lighting, and a view from Lake Hamana. The mild climate and the view to the lake are positively taken in with a minimum of facilities.
