The exterior of the building has a white sculptural shape. On the street side, there are no openings, giving the building a closed look, while on the opposite side, there are full openings to let in the rich greenery. The interior consists of three skipped floors, each of which consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and loft. In the center of this long and narrow space, there is an 11-meter-long kitchen counter and closet.
