Outline
By rotating the coordinate system of the first and second floors, the orientation and position of the walls are different on the upper and lower floors, and on the first floor, rooms with various shapes due to the difference in the angles of the perimeter walls and partitions are continuous while hiding from each other. On the first floor, a series of rooms with different shapes due to the different angles of the perimeter walls and partitions are hidden from view, and this is solved by looking for intersections between the walls on the upper and lower floors, passing columns through them to reduce the stress burden on the beams, and resisting all seismic forces with the perimeter walls. By this simple operation, even though the main structure is a wooden house without steel, a very dynamic interior space including the atrium is realized.
