The building stands on a hill overlooking the sea of Shonan. The original hill in the center of the site is retained, and the cross-sectional structure makes use of the difference in elevation of the site. A water basin facing the road separates the flow lines of people and cars. The public space is located in front of the entrance, and the private space is located in the back.
