It is located on a slope overlooking the sea in Manazuru. The name of the work, "Miramar", means "view of the sea" in Spanish. The walls and ceiling of the outer wall and the "big room" on the second floor are painted in salmon-pink, while the walls and ceiling of the first floor are painted in yellow. Tables and fireplaces are also designed by the architect.
