The floor level of the first floor is raised by 1.3m from the GL to create a ventilation space to prevent dampness, and the plumbing equipment is placed there to facilitate maintenance of the equipment. All the rooms are open to the deck terrace on the first floor, and on the roof terrace on the second floor, there is a bathroom and a study.
