Outline
This is a special house built on an irregularly shaped land, "Heta-chi". When the maximum volume allowed by law is secured, a triangular space is inevitably created in the building. In this project, the irregular part is actively used as a storage space to make the most of the space. Moreover, since the neighboring land is rectangular, we do not take the trouble to make an opening in the corner of the site. Therefore, because of the irregular shape of the land, the open space outside the opening could be monopolized.
