Outline
The core of reinforced concrete and the frame of two L-shaped reinforced concrete walls carry the seismic force, while the interior is made of wood and bears only the axial force. The roof is made of structural plywood, which transmits horizontal forces, and is topped with a folded-plate roof that receives rain and sun. The ground floor is not the first floor, but the intermediate floor between the first and second floors.
