Four houses for sale. The 1.5-story-high RC walls that surround the four sides of the building are raised halfway from the ground to the second-floor level on each side, and are built with a single pour of concrete. The roof and floor are attached to the structure with wooden shafts, and exterior walls and partition walls are added as necessary to reduce the construction period and cost. Inside, the structure is clearly expressed in the finishes.
