The building stands on a small hill overlooking Hiroshima and Ono Seto. The south side, where the view is good, is fully open, while the north side, where the entrance is located, is closed for soundproofing. Structurally, the north side is made of RC and the slab extends toward the retaining wall. The sash on the south side is fully open, and the wind resistance is also considered.
