This is a three-story house with one basement floor and three above-ground floors on a site with a frontage of approximately 4 meters and a depth of approximately 14 meters, located in the heart of the city, with two parking spaces. The construction period was shortened and costs were reduced by using a conventional wood-frame construction method and attaching high-precision wooden plywood panels on top of the reinforced concrete of the basement and first floor.
