The south side facing the neighboring land, which is expected to be rebuilt in the future, is built higher and has many openings. On the north side of the facade, the roof is lowered directly from the highest point on the south side, and the area under the eaves is used as an approach space. The core of the building, the entrance, is made of RC, and the east and west sides are made of wood.
